As the premier entertainment venue in Darwin, the Darwin Entertainment Centre offers a number of opportunities for sponsors who wish to be associated with the performing arts, right through from community events to world-class performers and companies.
More than 50,000 patrons visit the Centre every year, giving sponsors significant exposure to a broad cross-section of the Darwin community. Sponsors can support the Centre in a number of ways and our sponsorship packages are tailored to meet the needs of individual sponsors.

Season sponsors contribute to the Entertainment Centre’s ‘Entrepreneurial Fund’. Through this fund, the Entertainment Centre brings a wide variety of shows to Darwin every year – from small cabaret acts to major performing arts companies.

Sponsorships are also available for individual shows and can range from ‘presentation’ rights through to other forms of acknowledgement.

The Local Hirers’ Subsidy is a special fund which allows local hirers of the Centre to access our facilities at affordable rates. Sponsors are invited to contribute to this fund, which adds considerably the ability of community groups to hire the Centre and to present locally-produced performances. Each year, around 20 local groups access the Local Hirers’ Subsidy.

Donations to the Endowment Fund are used to improve our facilities to ensure that we are able to attract top quality entertainment to Darwin. Your donation also allows local hirers of the Centre to access these facilities. Your money stays in the Territory and all donations above $2.00 are fully tax deductible under Section 78 (4) of the Income Tax Assessment Act (1936).
