How did you hear about DEC membership?

I would like to be accepted as a member of the Darwin Performing Arts Centre Company (trading as Darwin Entertainment Centre) and agree to pay an annual subscription of $45.00 (forty five dollars incl. GST).
I am 18 (eighteen) years of age or over.
I understand that my membership entitles me to vote at General Meetings of the Company and to nominate for the position of Ordinary Board Member when such positions become vacant.
I understand that I may resign my membership of the Company by notice in writing to the Secretary, but notwithstanding such resignation, shall be liable for any annual subscription, and all arrears due and unpaid at the date of my resignation.
