1. All conditions shown on the ticket are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises.

2. Entry is at own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved.

3. The Event Organiser Pure Sounds Entertainment and the Venue Darwin Amphitheatre shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises.

4. The Event Organiser has a Zero Tolerance approach with regard to antisocial, aggressive, dangerous or intimidating behaviour, underage drinking, supply of alcohol to minors, consumption and possession of any illicit substance.

5. Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing and stage diving are dangerous to yourself and others. The Event Organiser takes no responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Patrons engaging in these or other dangerous activities will be removed from the site.

6. Still cameras are permitted but no tape recorders, movie or video cameras will be allowed inside the site.

7. Bottles, cans, weapons, chairs or umbrellas will not be permitted on site.

8. If the event is cancelled for any reason the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

9. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

10. No pass outs will be issued unless otherwise advised.

11. All bags/containers will be subject to a full search to ensure the safety of others.

12. Tickets will not be exchanged, nor money refunded after purchase, except in the event of cancellation as referred to in condition 8 above.

13. Children under the age of 16 years will not be admitted.

14. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photographic identification.

15. Anyone found to be supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event and will possibly face criminal charges.

16. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the venue.

17. The Promoters of the event take no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss. Use earplugs if necessary.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to change the bill without prior notification.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to change the date of the event.
